Although labeled the Motorola U3 PEBL but released after the U6 PEBL, the handset is infact a cheaper version of the popular U6 PEBL rather than an upgrade.
The successor to the U6 PEBL is non other than the Motorola U9 PEBL, otherwise known as the Motorola U9 ROKR.
But getting back to the Motorola PEBL U3, the handset itself has kept the fashionable look of the original PEBL with its cutting edge design and rounded form.
Apart from some technical enhancements and overall design tweeks, the Motorola U3 PEBL is not that much different, which for PEBL lovers is fantastic news.

The Motorola PEBL US supports EDGE Technology, bluetooth wireless connections and miniUSB connecitivity for easy and fast PC synchronisation.
As with the original U6 PEBL, the Motorola U3 PEBL is available in more than just one colour variant.
Motorola have chosen the debut colours of Rose and Licorice, which are more likely to be referred to as Pink and Black and as to how many more colour variations will be on offer, for the time being is unkown but we are sure that the range will be just as if not more colourful than the options available to us with the U6.
